How to Make

1 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • Sweetener to taste (I recommend natural honey or molasses)
  • 1 tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (If you love chocolate)
  • ¼ cup of Mixed Berries (raspberries and blueberries)

Instractions:

Add sweetener of choice and cocoa powder to almond milk. Next: whisk in chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes and mix again. Let sit for another 25 minutes (chill to taste).

Or

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Place mixture in to refrigerator to chill.

The chia seeds will soak up most of the milk and the mixture will turn into a delicious pudding.

Try mixing it in the evening and leaving it in a fridge overnight for a thoroughly chilled, thicker texture. Top it with berries and enjoy.
